Welcome! I’ve been using the PhenQ fat burning, appetite suppressing, energy booster for the last 3 months.
And I thought it was about time I wrote this review!

So, in this post I’m going to share my before and after pictures and tell you exactly how I was able to use it to lose over 30lbs!
When I was younger I was really skinny and could eat whatever I wanted and never gain a pound.
But as I got older I found that any food that wasn’t a vegetable ended up straight on my hips.
At the age of 32 I found myself 40 pounds overweight and unrecognizable.
I was always tired and lethargic and I just wasn’t happy with the way I looked or felt.
Plus being overweight really messes up your confidence and I often found myself feeling embarrassed to talk to people because I felt ashamed.
And because I was so unhappy do you know what I would do?
I would go and make the situation worse by eating more.
You know they say the best thing about hitting rock bottom is that the only way to go is up.
I was so unhappy being overweight I decided to actually do something about it.
The person I wanted to be was a go getter.
She wasn’t overweight or lazy.
I wanted to be slim, happy and healthy.
So I got out my laptop and started Googling “how to lose weight” and stuff like that.
I discovered that there’s about a thousand different weight loss products out there for sale.
It makes it really hard to find what works.
After reading through some blogs and reviews I saw this post recommending something called PhenQ and the 15 Day Diet program.
“I’ve been using PhenQ and the 15 day diet program together and have lost over 20 pounds already. This supplement and weight loss program go together really well!”
So I read a bunch of PhenQ reviews and learned all about the 15 Day Diet program and most people were very positive about them both.
- An Energy booster.
- Appetite suppressant.
- And fat burner all in one.
And the 15 Day Diet is an information product that gives you a diet and exercise plan to follow.
They say you can lose up to 15 pounds in 15 days.
So after spending hours reading through blogs and reviews my head was completely spinning from information overload..
So before I went to bed I just said:
“Screw it let’s do this!”
And I ordered 3 bottles of PhenQ and I waited until the next day to buy the 15 Day Diet program because I needed some sleep!
After work the next day the first thing I did was buy the diet program.
It took me a couple of hours to go through but by the end of it I was thoroughly motivated.
I liked the the 15 Day Diet because it tells you what to eat and how to workout.
They really made it simple and easy to understand which I was happy about because I don’t like complicated stuff.
It gives you a solid plan to follow.
Now I was just waiting for my PhenQ to arrive so that I could get started.
I didn’t have to wait long because after a couple of days a package arrived..

I was so excited to get started so the next day (which was a Saturday) I started the program.
Taking PhenQ For The First Time..
So that Saturday I planned to do some exercise for the first time in years at about noon.
At 11:30 I opened up a bottle of PhenQ and swallowed it with a glass of water.
Before I took it I was feeling my usual lethargic self and wondered how I was going to actually do the 15 Day Diet program workout.
But within 10 minutes of swallowing PhenQ I felt my tiredness pretty much disappear.
I felt focused and my head felt as clear as day.
No brain fog or anything.
After about 20 minutes I started to feel very energized and ready for a workout.
It was so strange.
So I put my sweatpants and a tshirt on and completed my first 15 Day Diet workout and I actually exercised for over 30 minutes.
30 minutes is plenty because research shows that even just exercising for 7 minutes per day will help you lose weight and improve your health.

By the end of it I was drenched in sweat but I felt AMAZING like I could do anything!
And for the next few hours I didn’t feel hungry at all because PhenQ is an appetite suppressant which is exactly what I needed to stop me overeating while I was trying to diet and reduce my calories.
For the rest of the day I had energy and I didn’t snack on any junk food so I was so happy I had conquered day 1.
15 days later..
As you can probably guess the 15 Day Diet lasts for 15 days. 🙂
And thanks to PhenQ I was actually able to complete it!
Even though I was dieting and low on calories I never felt like I was really low on energy.
As soon as I swallowed the pill I would have a nice energy that lasted for hours.
I don’t think I could have gotten the workouts done with it.
And even when I saw delicious looking cakes I just ignored them.
I can’t say enough about how good PhenQ was at curbing my appetite.
It kind of feels like the part of your brain that tells you you’re hungry just gets switched off.
Anyway before I knew it the first 15 days were up and I had lost over 9 pounds!
It felt so good to step on the scales and see how much weight I had lost.
(But this was only the first round.)
I still had 2 and a half bottles left of PhenQ so I decided to just repeat the 15 Day Diet program again and again until I reached my goal.
They say on the 15 Day Diet program website that you can lose up to 15 pounds in 15 days.
Well I lost 9 pounds on my first try and I definitely think 15 pounds is possible.
I worked out for 30 minutes per day so maybe if I had worked out for an hour and reduced my calories a bit more then I definitely think it’s possible.
But that’s fine because I was over the moon with my results because I could already see a big difference in the mirror.
You’ll be amazed at how different you look after losing just a few pounds.
And sure it took some dedication and and will power but I think PhenQ actually made following the program dare I say.. Easy.
3 Months Later..
My PhenQ Results
In total I completed the 15 Day Diet program 5 times before I reached my goal.
Which sounds a lot but it really isn’t when you consider that a round lasts just 2 weeks.
The longer I stuck with it the more fat I burned through.
In just 2 and a half months I lost over 30 pounds.
I just kept repeating the program and taking PhenQ and it felt so good because every single morning I’d wake up and feel like I’d lost a bit more weight.
And I still have half a bottle of PhenQ left.
I actually think I’m going to buy more to help me keep the weight off.
I just love the energy boost and the way it curbs my appetite.
It feels very surreal to be writing this now and sharing my results but I can honestly say that the changes I’ve gone through have been life changing.
Maybe that sounds a bit corny but it’s true.
These days I wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and ready to start the day.
Now that I’m not carrying all this extra weight around I feel so much lighter and energetic.
After not eating any junk food for over 2 months I look and feel so much healthier and I never get any of that brain fog or lethargy any more.
I always feel ready to do anything.
So I go out more and socialize because I’m not so tired all the time.
I’ve had so many nice compliments from friends, family, neighbors and pretty much everyone who knows me on just how well I’m looking.
It’s almost brought me to tears a few times to see that people are proud of me!
I feel like my results have been life changing and I owe it all to PhenQ and the 15 Day Diet program plus a little bit of dedication.
If you really want to lose weight then give the system a try.
But be warned..
You’ll probably end up spending a bunch of time looking at all the nice new clothes you want to buy! 🙂

The weight is falling off!!
I actually take it in the morning and then workout about 20 minutes later on an empty stomach which I think is great for burning fat.
The weight is just falling off and I think I'm looking better already. I would definitely recommend this.
To be honest I think it's kind of my fault as I haven't exercised much which I think is important but I have lost a few pounds since I stopped snacking so much.
